I am rewriting my review. My car showed defective breaks and charger in less than 2 months. I thought we got a great deal but we didn’t. Service doesn’t take concerns seriously. We had to keep calling service to reach someone, then finally reached a person named Willey. Mechanic told us that car has defective breaks need to be scraped bec they’re worn out even it’s new. When we test drove it, we mentioned to sales associate Nayeem about squeaking sound. What we were told later on is to just get car wash. It’s been almost a week and they don’t have answers why car is defective. Both dealership and service are not being transparent about what really the issue is. This is very suspicious.

Very welcoming dealership. Kaushal is great. A gentleman and the girl at the front desk is truly amazing and a sweetheart as well. I’ve spoken with Kaushal several times already and he is consistently an absolute gentleman. Patient, helpful and kind as well. A true gentleman. I’ll be seeing him soon again!

Wow, I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have been to so many Mercedes-Benz dealerships and NAYEM is fantastic! From the front desk to the back they are all wonderful people. I have never met somebody like Nayem who was so patient and understanding, I did not feel rushed at all. He took all the time in his power to go through multiple options with me and not once did I feel like he was pressuring me, he was so honest about the pros and cons and took all the time in the world to make sure I was completely satisfied. He understood I was going back-and-forth with two options and he did not want to make me feel like I needed to be rushed or it did not even feel like a sale, NAYEM is top tier employee they need more of him in this field, honest and patient and kind people like him. You can tell that, even though at the end of the day, of course the dealership wants to sell a car Nayem’s priority is to make sure the customer understands everything and is happy with or without walking out with a deal, he builds relationships and that is the kind of service you need when making these types of decisions.

Andrew was great , he had an answer to all of my questions; The dealership has a modern look , plenty of stock for you to look at , decent coffee machine ( just ok ) PS : A note for the sales manager , if you want to sell a car , the customer has every right to start the car , if the car is within showroom ensure it’s outside otherwise you will loose sale , doesn’t matter how good the sales person is I visited a different dealership ( Ray Catena ) the car was ready for me , I was able to start it as I wish , play with it and guess what I bought the car … just a feedback Again the team was great
